Phillip is the founder and Director of The Leadership Sphere Pty Ltd. Phillip’s passion is working with leaders and teams whose desire is to achieve high levels of performance and make a difference. The approach adopted combines a diverse range of commercial, government and senior corporate experiences. Prior to establishing TLS, Phillip spent six years with the highly successful and innovative ANZ cultural transformation program called Breakout, where he was the Head of Consulting and Facilitation.
